>Used to + verb:
“Used to + verb” is used for something that happened regularly in the past but no longer happens.
Examples: He used to watch cartoons.
He used to go to school.
“Used to + verb” is also used for something that was true but no longer is.
Example: there used to be a shop in this area but now there isn’t.
>Be Used to + verb + ing:
“Be Used to + verb + ing” is used to say that something is normal, not unusual.
Example: He’s used to being kind. He’s always like that.
“To be/get used to + verb + ing” is used to talk about the process of something becoming
normal for us.
Example: He always hated working at night, but now he’s beginning to get used to it.
